application, platform, or related services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy is a
legally binding contract between You and AADHATRIP and must be read together with
our Terms of Use.
Content and Purpose:
- This platform enables Users to access and use AADHATRIP’s logistics and transport-related Services. The Services are available only to Users in India.
- We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, but due to inherent internet limitations, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us.
This Privacy Policy describes:
- The types of data collected from You;
- The purposes for which We collect, use, or process such data;
- Our security and data-protection practices; and
- When and how We share Your information with third parties.
Information We Collect
1. Personal Information
Personal Information includes any data capable of identifying You. This may include:
- User name, password;
- Name, address, phone number, email address;
- Age, gender;
- Transaction history on the platform;
- Bank account, UPI or other payment instrument details;
- Government-issued identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, Driver’s License);
- Device ID, IP address;
- Images of goods, vehicle details (for driver partners);
- Any information You voluntarily provide.
2. In-App Voice Call Recordings (NEW)
We record voice calls made through our in-app call system.
The following information is collected:
- Audio recording of the call;
- Call timestamp and duration;
- Whether the User or driver initiated the call;
- Basic metadata for fraud-monitoring and safety purposes.
3. Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-identifiable information such as:
- Geolocation data;
- Browser type, device type, operating system;
- Telecom and internet service provider details;
- Browsing history, session duration, and usage patterns;
- Cookies and tracking data.
Purpose of Collection & Use of Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- To assign trips and manage logistics operations;
- To respond to service requests, queries, and customer support;
- To verify identity and ensure platform integrity;
- To monitor behaviour, detect fraud, abuse, and misuse (including review of call recordings);
- To comply with legal requirements;
- For analytics, internal reporting, and service enhancement.
Call Recording Retention Policy (NEW)
- All in-app call recordings are retained for 30 days.
- Users may request deletion of their recordings within this period by emailing us.
- Our team will verify the request, obtain required details, and delete the recordings immediately.
- After 30 days, recordings are automatically deleted.
Storage & Security (Updated)
- All data — including call recordings — is stored exclusively in India.
- We use encrypted AWS S3 storage located in the Hyderabad (ap-south-2) region.
- We maintain reasonable technical and organizational security measures.
- We do not transfer data outside India.
Third-Party Sharing (Updated)
- The in-app call feature uses Zego Express Engine for VOIP functionality.
- Zego does not have access to call recordings; recordings are stored only on our servers after the call ends.
- We use no external SaaS for fraud detection — it is handled in-house.
- We may share information with law-enforcement when legally required.
User Rights Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (NEW)
As a User within India, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You may request details of your personal data processed by us.
- Right to Correction: You may request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, including call recordings (within 30 days).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for specific data processing activities.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You may contact our Grievance Officer for complaints or concerns.
- Right to Nominate: You may nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your incapacity.
All requests must be submitted via email to our Grievance Officer. We may verify your identity before processing such requests.
User Discretion & Opt-Out
You provide information voluntarily. You may choose not to provide requested data, but doing so may prevent You from using parts of our Services.
Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, analytics, and improving User experience. Users may disable cookies, though doing so may impact platform functionality.
Disclosure of Information
- To government authorities when legally required;
- To protect our rights and the security of Users;
- To prevent fraud or misuse of the platform;
- To comply with court orders or legal processes.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information.

Refund Policy
1. If your payment remains “pending” for more than 72 hours after a successful debit, WhatsApp us with a screenshot for verification.
2. If payment fails but the amount is deducted, share a screenshot and we will process a refund after verification.
3. Refunds are not provided once the service has been successfully delivered.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the updated policy.
